Creamery Ice Cream Makers and Bakers are behind the scenes crafting the ice cream and creating our high-quality mix-ins with consistency, creativity and care.

You will:

Driver & Warehouse Associate - Headquarters (Romeoville)

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support our growing operations at Creamery Headquarters. This role focuses on preparing and delivering ice cream orders to our locations and partners while helping maintain an organized warehouse and fleet.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of driving, hands-on work, and supporting a fast-growing food business.

You will:

• Review and prepare orders for delivery
• Load and unload ice cream and supplies for scheduled routes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, warehouse and freezer spaces

 

What we're looking for:

• Clean driving record with ability to drive a large truck
• Ability to lift and move heavy product (up to 50lbs+)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently

Experience with delivery routes, warehouse operations, or food distribution a plus, but not required.

Additional Opportunities (Optional): Team members in this role looking for additional hours have the opportunity to support our Catering & Events Team by driving our ice cream trucks to weekend events and assisting with setup and service.

 

Catering & Events:

Throughout the year, our ice cream trucks and event teams serve weddings, corporate events, community festivals and pirate celebrations:

Scooper & Lead (locations vary)

You will:

• Deliver exceptional guest services at our offsite events
• Set up and break down event stations
• Work flexible hours (events vary by day, evening, weekend and location)  

 

Driver (all trucks out of Romeoville, IL)

We’re looking for reliable,responsible drivers for our offsite events and food truck operations.

You will:

• Safely drive and operate Creamery trucks
• Prep and load/unload at warehouse
• Assist with setup and service onsite
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization

Clean driving record required with an ability to drive a large truck. This is a hand-on role combining logistics and guest service requiring strong attention to detail and time management.

 

Residencies (Catering & Events): The Forge Lemont Quarries

The Forge (Lemont) We’re looking for responsible, customer-focused team members who thrive in an active environment to join our residency food and beverage team at The Forge: Lemont Quarries.

Scooper & Lead:

• Provide fast, friendly service in a high-energy outdoor environment
• Serve food and ice cream at concessions, concerts and private events
• Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards
• Leads assist with team oversight and on-site event coordination

 

Grill Manager:

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented leader to oversee the grill and food-service operations for special events (weekend concerts, private corporate events).

• Manage food prep and grill execution
• Maintain inventory and event readiness
• Primarily weekend hours (Fri-Sun) with additional flexible weekday scheduling if desired

Baseball Stadiums: Joliet Slammers & Schaumburg Boomers

Join our team for the season scooping up ice cream to baseball loving guests at the Joliet Slammers and Schaumburg Boomers.

You will:

• Serve ice cream quickly during high-volume game days
• Represent the Creamery brand professionally, delivering friendly, efficient guest service
• Maintain a clean and organized concession area
